Immunity
I just finished listening to a thriller entitled “Immunity” by Lori Andrews. It is the first by her I have read and was intrigued by the heroine, a genetic researcher named Alexandra Blake. I know that some stories are far-fetched and one has to suspend belief to enjoy them. Then there is this book. The story is so stupid, the players acting so dumb, I am embarrassed to say I finished it. The only reason I did was the premise was good. When it turned out not to be a new disease but merely a chemical induced syndrome, I was even more disappointed. Sorry Lori but I won’t be reading any more of your novels.
